Xbox Series S Controller Repair – Model 1914

We recently completed a full repair on an Xbox Series S Controller (Model 1914) with the following issues:

  • Left analog stick drift – Replaced both analogs restored functionality.

  • Sticky buttons – thoroughly cleaned for smooth response.

  • Broken middle housing – replaced with new parts.

  • LB/RB bumper bar – fully replaced for proper clicking and gameplay response.

Another controller brought back to life and ready for action!
