The TV was locked  “showed a red lock in the right corner ” the Tv also had oversize picture and the showed no color. Repair: Remove of lock ,  PCB had components was badly soldered by a previous repairer.  Resolder joints replace crystal and HEF4053. TV In good working order. If you want to…
